First private credit fund to be listed in Hong Kong

SIPCo – SIMCo Infrastructure Private Credit OFC, focuses on providing private senior and subordinated debt to borrowers whose primary focus is the ownership, operation, funding, management or provision of services to infrastructure assets or projects, which are generally regarded as defensive in nature.

The Fund’s investment objective is to provide investors with regular, sustained, long term distributions and capital appreciation from a diversified portfolio of senior and subordinated economic infrastructure debt investments.
