Our leadership
In addition to the investment processes and governance provided by a regulated Investment Manager (Type 9 licence) and an independent Custodian, SIPCo will have a Board of Directors, including independent non-executive Hong Kong-based representatives.
SIPCo’s Board will meet at least four times annually, provide performance oversight and evaluate and approve key corporate actions on behalf of the Fund.
The Investment Manager of the Fund is SIMCAP (SIMCo Credit Asia-Pacific Limited).
The Investment Adviser to the Investment Manager is SIMCo (Sequoia Investment Management Company Limited).
